Our Sales team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Sr. Director of Sales Operations to join us! The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. The Sales Operation leader plays a crucial role in the overall success of the Go-To-Market organization. It is the role of the Sr. Director of Sales Operations to serve as the strategic translator between business requirements and system design to ensure a scalable sales and growth engine. The role is responsible for ensuring the CRM and associated tools are positioned to optimally support sellers, sales and marketing leaders, and other organizational stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage Sales Operations at MedBridge, providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure operational excellence and scalability of solutions.
  • Develop and enforce Sales Processes by establishing a comprehensive sales process across all segments and geographical regions to maintain consistency and effectiveness within the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership by holding regular leadership meetings with sales leaders to facilitate change management, forecasting, and business intelligence discussions.
  • Optimizing Sales Territory Alignment by evaluating and recommending sales territory alignment strategies to continually optimize the sales organization's effectiveness and maximize revenue generation.
  • Design Sales Incentive Plans, partnering with Finance and HR to develop, design, and administer sales incentive plans that attract, motivate, and retain high-performing sales talent.
  • Working closely with Marketing and Marketing Operations teams on systems and analytics processes, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and strategies.
  • Implement Best-in-Class Analytics to develop and operationalize through cross-functional collaboration, driving data-driven decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Sales, Marketing, or Sales Operations experience in B2B and preferably a SaaS company.
  • Deep experience with CRM (Salesforce) and other commonly used sales and marketing tech stack products (Hubspot, Pardot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Gainsight etc.)
  • Experience leading a team of 4 direct reports.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Proven experience designing templates and handling documentation for business requirements
  • Must have the ability to understand the business and sales/marketing process.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information to cross-functional leaders and executives
  • Scalability-minded with an eye for process and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Demonstration of effective listening, communication and problem solving skills (written and verbal)

Salary Range: Base salary - $155K - $175K Base Salary plus 10% bonus

At MedBridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
