Sprout Social is looking for a highly motivated, strategic and inspiring Revenue Operations Leader to build and steward an organization comprised of Program Managers and Systems/Data/Analytics professionals whose mission is to drive scale & leverage across Sprout’s GTM organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Set Sprout’s strategy for Sales & Customer Success tooling and automation, coordinate cross-functionally to maximize utilization of these tools, and drive measurable productivity improvement
  • Own the topic of data quality and integrity within Sprout’s CRM instance, proactively working to improve and maintain a high standard of fidelity with both internal and third-party resources.
  • Manage a team of deal desk professionals with a view toward driving scale in our sales support model and transactional efficiency, including acting as an advisor to the business on matters of billing policies, provisioning processes, and deal structuring.
  • Develop and manage a business intelligence team whose mission is to build scalable and easy-to-digest reporting infrastructure to drive improved business management and decision-making
  • Implement process improvements and drive change management across the organization while leveling up the skills and abilities of their team.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization with an ability to influence and deliver consistent results.
  • Develop and manage a team of PMO professionals, standing up a robust process for intake of project work and consistent standards of execution and measurement

What You’ll Bring

Sprout Social is looking for someone with a proven track record of people leadership and project management. This individual will partner with Sales and Success teams to identify, prioritize, deliver, and measure initiatives across the organization that are designed to increase efficiency. If you have a passion for leading teams and implementing project management best practices, we’d love to talk to you!

The minimum qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum of 8+ years managing teams, and at least 3+ years of experience as a 2nd line manager (manager of managers)
  • Proven track record of strong project management skills
  • Track record of supporting Sales and/or Sales Operations in a previous role, including familiarity with Sales and Customer Success reporting
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and technology adoption

Preferred qualifications for this role include:

  • B2B SaaS/Software
  • Fluency using Excel and Tableau
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
