The Role

In this role, you will support the Head of Global Corporate Affairs in NYC as to drive a process on strategy, budget and partners with the head of corporate affairs on key deliverables to the CEO and management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on preparations/materials for key meetings- both external and internal.
  • Manage strategic cross functional initiatives and support the head of Corporate Affairs as to strive to make the organization faster, build and develop capabilities (including audience engagement/new tools etc.).
  • Liaise across the corporate affairs team and with the business on key initiatives and ensure the head of CA is engaged at the right time on key decision points.
  • Define key growth areas and engage in special projects for professional growth.

Who You Are

  • NYC based or within a commutable distance. It is required for the incumbent to work from the Manhattan office.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Prefer advanced degree.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing and delivering programs in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Experience needed in collaboration, writing, audience development.
  • Experience in people and business leadership.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools experience.
  • Agile and Design thinking experience.
  • Knowledge of business operations.
  • Transformative and strategic thinker, who seeks out opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ruthlessly prioritize competing demands.
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to read others and react accordingly.
  • Able to influence without direct control and demonstrate developed decision-making capability including negotiation and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Operations and financial acumen preferred.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $107,600 to $258,240 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.
