In this role, The Chief of Staff will collaborate and coordinate with several leaders within the practice, globally. Chief of Staff is a very diverse and challenging role and is critical in achieving the goals of the practice.

The candidate is expected to bring strong problem-solving skills, a deep interest and expertise in data and analytics, business process and operational acumen, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and execution rigor.

The candidate will need to bring a positive outlook, enthusiasm, excitement, team-first attitude, and ability to work in a rapidly evolving, dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client engagement & development

Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C- level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

  • Proven ability to manage client and internal stakeholders across all levels
  • Good exposure to client management, presentations, engagement/program management, etc.
  • Strong experience in new opportunity identification, developing solution frameworks and proposals
  • Engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/ exploration strategizing solutions, etc.
  • Excellent oral, written, powerpoint presentation skills

Problem Solving & Digital Solutions:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate a vaguely defined business problem into a digital and analytical solution framework
  • Ability to understand and analyze business metrics. Ability to influence business/tech stakeholders
  • Structured thinking skills with an ability to deal both at a high level and at the micro level at any point
  • Experience in designing end-to-end Analytics and Digital solutions integrating AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Visualization capabilities
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, logical, interpersonal, team management, and client management skills.

New Capabilities, Practice Growth, and Operations

  • Be a thought partner to the D&AI practice head and other senior leaders in developing new capabilities, research, and consulting frameworks.
  • Work closely with and maintain constant communication with the D&AI Practice Leader to ensure proper operations of the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Support Data & AI Practice Leader in preparing internal and client presentations, and communications.
  • Organize key meetings including planning agenda, and coordinating schedules.
  • Partner with Data & AI practice Leader in select meetings/events, tracking action items, and following up on required deliverables.

Education: Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/MBA) from a top-tier university

Experience: 2-3 years experience in Data & Analytics focused Client Management/Consulting/Solutions Delivery
