Job Overview:

The Retention Marketing Team is responsible for driving growth and optimizing customer lifetime value through our owned media. The team is responsible for the customer contact strategy, lifecycle, and end-to-end campaign execution for all retention channels: Email, Mobile, Site Targeted Content, Direct Mail, and POS.

Essential Functions:

  • Support daily operations for digital retention marketing tactics
  • Manage status of daily campaign operations as the primary contact for Retention Marketing tactic, Vendor’s Production, and QA teams.
  • Point of contact for training, user issues, escalating system issues, and requesting enhancements.
  • Manage and improve Retention Marketing tactic workflow by tracking all defects for the creative process and late change requests and provide corrective recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including CRM, Marketing Strategy, Creative, Site Merchandising, Content Engineering, and Quality Engineering teams.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and communicating CMS tool issues with the internal support team. Provide recommendations for CMS tool enhancements for improved production efficiency.
  • Customer Experience management – make functional and creative execution recommendations

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • We encourage candidates with either a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply.
  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Knowledge of email, Internet, and Direct Marketing methods required.
  • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and database applications required
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
  • Knowledge of MS Office computer programs required
