Tina Gibbons

I have the incredible privilege to be the Chief of Staff to MetLife’s CHRO. In this role, I am a key partner, trusted advisor, serve an amazing HR leadership team and am part of an incredible global HR organization. Being Chief of Staff combines all that is core to me: passion for learning and teaching, desire to simplify and improve processes and experiences, and motivation to create a high performing, collaborative, results-driven teams that support business objectives and improve the bottom-line. I am a natural connector of dots, relationship builder and master at executing both strategy and tactics. Before joining MetLife, I worked for a boutique consulting firm and a successful tech start up — Training and Education Associates, Inc. & FreeMarkets, Inc. –- and was lucky enough to work with amazing clients such as GE Capital, Eaton, Emerson, Ingersoll Rand, UTC and Best Buy. I have a Masters in Education from Penn State and a BA from Allegheny College. I'm a SHRM, Senior Certified Professional, a Seth Godin altMBA alumni and recently earned my PROSCI change practitioner certificate. When I'm not building, collaborating or reimagining, you will find me working out at OrangeTheory, taking a hot yoga class, curiously exploring the globe or on a food tour.
