Hey everyone! My name is Taylor Hedgecock, and I’ve been working as an operational “swiss army knife” for early-stage, high-growth tech startups for the last 6 years.
Currently the Head of Special Projects for a tech-enabled staffing company where my main focus is supporting our CEO in setting the overall strategy, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing/owning strategic cross-functional projects. Something I’m recently proud of was launching a lean partnership program where I single-handedly posted over $1.9M ARR in the first 2 months.
