At Zapier, I run the Business Operations (Biz Ops) team, where we work across the company to move the most important company initiatives forward. This can mean anything from owning company OKRs to taking on a solo Proof of Concept for a new product to backfilling important folks on parental leave. We run the company OKR system, annual strategic planning, upmarket sales, pricing strategy and monetization, ARR forecasting, and special projects. As long as we’re helping the company accomplish its goals, we’re doing a good job.
