Stephanie Welsh

I am currently Chief of Staff to the VP of Digital Technology Operations at ServiceNow. I've been a Chief of Staff for about 5 years, beginning with a CoS role I created for the CIO at Red Hat. I have been a leader in technology for 20+ years, although I did not have a technology degree or background. I was able to take my skills and experiences and apply them to the technology space, challenging my team and peers to think differently. My transition to the CoS space was a way for me to continue to strategically influence and help organizations succeed. I'm anxious to learn from others in this role, hear about their experiences, and continue to build my own skills. I hope to be able to share my experience in defining and growing a CoS role and finding the best fit for my skills and experience.
