As a first time Chief of Staff, I'm looking to learn how other Chiefs are approaching their roles and creating impact for their principals and wider organizations. In speaking to other Chiefs, it is often mentioned that the role can be lonely, and yet at the same time, there's no need to reinvent the wheel when tackling projects or problems. My hope is that the Chief of Staff network can provide access to a new perspectives that inspire and challenge me in my own work.
Specifically, my organization is a private late-stage, venture funded. We are undergoing multiple changes that present risk (and of course, opportunity) for the future. It would be valuable to hear from other CoS on how they've supported principals in navigating material business uncertainty.
