Shivani Parikh

I'm a first-time Chief of Staff working specifically for the Commercial functional group at my company. As a generalist, I'm excited about this new role - and really enjoying it so far! I'm also continuing to lead my former team - Commercial Strategy. I'm looking forward to meeting, comparing notes, and discussing best working strategies with other individuals in the group. I'd also like to understand how other Chief of Staffs best allocate their time between special projects, and day-to-day activities, and how they become an affective leader in their organization.
