Throughout my career, I have been a part of the go-to-market world holding roles in sales, product marketing, and enablement as an individual contributor and as a manager. In December of 2022, I was promoted to Chief of Staff for Seismic's President and Chief Revenue Officer. Reporting into the CRO, is sales, customer success, and services - the entire customer facing team of almost 1000 individuals across 10+ global offices. Being a high-growth, and extremely fast-paced late stage start up, everyday offers different challenges, prioritization, fire drills, and new initiatives. What I am hoping to gain from this group is a like-minded network of peers, best practices, innovative strategies, discussion around common challenges, potential career opportunities/coaching, and to continue to sharpen the skills that build top CoS in any industry.
