Hi! I'm Sara -- I'm an experienced senior leader (VP) who transitioned into the Chief of Staff role in early 2020. I've worked across a broad range of industries (management consulting, tech, and venture capital), and have worked within startups, scaleups, and enterprises.
Before transitioning into the Chief of Staff role, I led a 20+ person People & Culture team based in Australia, the US, and the UK for A Cloud Guru. My focus prior to transitioning into the new role was on delivering the large-scale organisational, cultural and people systems integration of A Cloud Guru and Linux Academy whom we acquired in December 2019.
Although my specialisation is in People & Culture, my focus as Chief of Staff is on the ownership and management of our org-wide operating system, internal communications, and organisational health.
