After I graduated from Carnegie Mellon with an engineering degree in 2013, I spent 4 years at Accenture as a management consultant. At Accenture I spent most of my time in customer operations centers, creating strategic roadmaps around people, processes and technology to improve KPIs/metrics for our clients. Wanting to deepen my skills in operations and management, I went to MIT Sloan to get my MBA. During that time I worked at Nike doing operations, focused on demand and supply planning. After my MBA, my husband and I wanted to work abroad so I found an operations role at Bird Rides and have been there for the last two years managing their Global Vehicle Programs. I have been managing people for 5+ years now and have always taken leadership roles in my organization's employee resource groups. I am now transitioning into this Chief of Staff role at Mollie, which we are calling "Head of Business Performance" in order to help the CEO communicate his strategy and progress against that strategy to both internal and external stakeholders.
