I have 10 years experience in start ups - working both in-house and from a consulting perspective. I've worked across many industries, including FinTech, Finance, Agriculture, Ecommerce and Healthcare. I've always carved my own path and that has led me to the Chief of Staff role. Making meaningful change to my teams work experience and environment, and building a strong and passionate team is what drives me. I love seeing my efforts come to life and seeing my team grow. I believe that building strong relations with a team or business is essential and I'm passionate about finding out what makes each person 'tick'.
