Rich works in Elsevier's technology division, helping to advance science by working with teams to make information usable for researchers, academic institutions and funding bodies - providing answers to help our customers make a difference. As chief of staff to our CTO, Rich focuses on cross-cutting projects to improve performance and develop our technology strategy.
