Hello! I recently switched from a career in recruiting to a CoS adjacent role supporting the Office of CEO. For context, I have 8 years of experience leading recruiting and programs/events at high-growth companies, including Meta, Oscar Health, AppDynamics, and Fitbit. I'm now at Redesign Health based in New York and would love to learn from this group as I transition into this new role where I lead All Company events (all hands, leadership meetings, CoS monthly meetings) and manage company strategic initiatives.
