I have spent the last 4 years growing City Pantry, from a tiny start up of 10 people to a 100+ scale up owned by the largest food delivery company in the world (Just Eat Takeaway). Previously my day job has been building and maintaining Sales, CS and Account Management teams. However, I have always been most interested in how the business runs and how we can set it up for success, so, when asked what role would keep me in the company, a CoS role was the obvious choice.
