I honed my program management and operations experience in design consulting, including at frog design and Fjord/Accenture. Since moving in-house in 2015, I’ve served in Chief of Staff roles at Uber and Dropbox, and built and scaled their Design & Research Operations teams from the ground up. I now lead Design Operations for Apple’s services product & design team. In my spare time I mentor and advise others in the community on how to build and grow their own teams and careers.
