Create an Asana board for each of the CEO's direct reports so I can follow all of their projects.
I anticipate being an active member of the community - sharing my successes and failures as well as my ideas. Even though I have never officially been a Chief of Staff, I was hired for the role because I am an expert on staying organized, thinking about creative solutions for hard problems, and creating strong relationships with important stakeholders.
There are no equivalent roles at my company and I have never had this position before. I would love to be able to ask questions, search for information about various initiatives I am trying to implement at our company, and simply have a network of others who have faced similar problems.
