My professional experience spans public and private sectors, which I believe affords a broad perspective on ways of working that I could be beneficial to other members of the community. I have also served as Chief of Staff to multiple individuals and in doing so have tested (and sometimes pushed the boundaries) the wide range of responsibilities often included in a CoS scope -- from team building, to board management, external communications, prioritization and time management, thought partnership, personnel management, and special projects management. I would be eager to share this range of experience with the network.

I believe I have a strong intuition for the responsibilities of a Chief of Staff (problem solving, resourcefulness, empathy, creativity), and have leveraged these skills in my work to date. That said, I am eager to gain additional tools and learn best practices, and would love to share experiences with other members of the network.
