I am Chief of Staff to the President at Sidewalk Labs, an Alphabet company tackling the challenges of urban growth. In this role, I am responsible for setting and executing strategic decisions throughout the company. Having worked at Sidewalk since its earliest years, I’ve been responsible for building company culture, structuring teams, and setting up working processes and protocols to realize our mission. Most recently my focus has been on helping the company navigate through a high-profile decision on one of our key projects in Toronto, and leading strategic visioning and business planning processes to support the success of our company in the wake of the pandemic.
Prior to Sidewalk, I served as a project manager on the renovation and repositioning of the New York Public Library’s flagship branch at Bryant Park. I began my career in New York City government as an Urban Fellow, and later, a Policy Advisor for the Deputy Mayor for Operations.
I graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Public Policy and a Minor in Human Rights in 2012, and earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2017. While at Stern, I worked with the Marron Institute’s Urbanization Project on a sustainable development plan in central Ethiopia and at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in its international department.
