Lara Injeyan

I consider myself a jack of all trades that likes to role up her sleeves and plug in wherever needed;particularly in the early-mid tech startup space. I have experience in building companies from the ground up and have been on the founding team of 3. My favorite component of the role is people operations and building + supporting sub teams that collaborate and perform functionally and effectively. The Chief of Staff role is a siloed one which is why I am excited to join this community of like-minded professionals who are familiar with my skillset and experience. I hope to constantly learn here and leverage it as a forum to ask for advice when need be. Fun fact: I have a ferocious passion for travel and try to take a fabulous trip every summer.
