One thing I find myself saying over and over again in this role, this isn't about me (or you), it's about our organization and our employees as a whole.

I've been working in or in support of the c-suite for about 20 years. I've worked in a small-nonprofit to a large corporate environment to my current role in what I call in- between. I'm a true people person. I work well with all levels in an organization and always inspire trust. I believe this is a strength as it gives you a real look at an organization from grassroots to c-suite. I work in both Office 365 and Google Workspace- all day, every day. Not an expert but I manage pretty well. I'm a wiz at calendar management (hard for me to see this as a skill- as it's something I could do in my sleep; however, I've realized it's not always as easy as it seems). I'm a planner and enjoy this part of my role. Happy to help with any virtual or face to face events. Would love to see some Chicago based meetings. Put me in coach!
