As someone who led operations and as a CoS at a small organization, I'm a good systems designer for internal operations. Could be for communication, productivity or efficiency.
I've also managed to quite easily get the organization to trust me as the CEO's voice, an experience I'd love to share.
Finally, as a CoS in a single executive rapidly scaling company, I've managed to increase my productivity quite a bit and I can share my experience on that front as well
