I was a part of the Founding Team at TapChief, a platform for solopreneurs to get discovered, get gigs and handle their administrative (such as legal and financial) affairs. My primary responsibilities at TapChief were running the Customer Success Unit, which I did for a period of 3.5 years. My entire experience with TapChief lasted for about 5 years.
TapChief recently got acquired by an Indian Ed-Tech Unicorn, Unacademy and I started operating as the Chief of Staff after that.
A few things that I particularly like focussing on are creating scalable customer experiences, and designing technology enabled systems to increase efficiency of the organization in general
