I was a part of the Founding Team at TapChief, a platform for solopreneurs to get discovered, get gigs and handle their administrative (such as legal and financial) affairs. My primary responsibilities at TapChief were running the Customer Success Unit, which I did for a period of 3.5 years. My entire experience with TapChief lasted for about 5 years.

TapChief recently got acquired by an Indian Ed-Tech Unicorn, Unacademy and I started operating as the Chief of Staff after that.

A few things that I particularly like focussing on are creating scalable customer experiences, and designing technology enabled systems to increase efficiency of the organization in general

As someone who led operations and as a CoS at a small organization, I'm a good systems designer for internal operations. Could be for communication, productivity or efficiency. I've also managed to quite easily get the organization to trust me as the CEO's voice, an experience I'd love to share. Finally, as a CoS in a single executive rapidly scaling company, I've managed to increase my productivity quite a bit and I can share my experience on that front as well
