Kelly Navickas
Kelly currently operates the Fanning Family Office (founder of Napster), where she advises portfolio company founders on company formation, product development, early-stage operations development, and GTM strategy.
Her entrepreneurship experience began as a researcher at MIT’s Space Enabled Lab, where she researched Boston-based robotics accelerators and how internal/external relationships could lead to the success or failure of startups within the accelerator.
Her experience in Venture Capital began at Netcapital, where she was Director of Operations as employee #13 through exit. There she increased the seed round investment of the firm by 54%, and attracted the firm’s largest single investment to date. Her experience also included sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, fundraising capital, and advising startups on growth and fundraising strategies.
Kelly was also the founding principal of the Later Stage MVP Fund. Over $475M were invested in prior MVP funds.
