I have been working at Bridgewater for the past 10 years. I started off as a Receptionist and quickly started to move through the company in various support capacities. In 2012 I started working in the Office of the CEO where I helped to develop and shape how we as a company want to: K 1. Keep our CEO’s informed of the most important business problems and 2. How we wanted to track our talent.
In 2015, at the endorsement of our CEO, I became the Chief of Staff for our Head of HR. I helped to transition and train his groups on the people tools that were stood up during my time in the OCEO and then partnered with him and our analytics team on creating people metrics to better standardize how we evaluated our talent.
During this time I was also responsible for ensuring our Head of HR was focused on the right priorities, advised of potential people risk throughout the company, and advised his leadership team on their projects and talent-related responsibilities.
