Karolina Zborowski

I've been with Meta [aka Facebook] for 10 years, started in Security operations, and moved into a Business/Strategic Initiatives role in 2017. My role transformed over time, and starting January this year, we went through a re-org that enabled me to start supporting our CSO as his COS. I love my new role but I know there is much I need to learn, plus I need to continue to strengthen the structures of how I support him and the larger org. Attending the COS Summit today I am inspired and know for sure this community is amazing, and I would love to be part of it. I will show up real and vulnerable :) I feel me stepping into this role went in reverse - I started managing large teams and building programs, and scaled down to focus on supporting my CSO - its a full time job in itself;)
