Justin Shore

Justin LP Shore has over 13 years of policy experience beginning at the Brookings Institution’s Engelberg Center for Health Care Reform. He is currently Chief of Staff of the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet Authority), a public-private partnership with AT&T to deploy the nation’s first wireless broadband network for public safety. Previously, he was Senior Director of the FirstNet Authority’s Enterprise Strategy Division and Senior Counsel for Government Affairs where he helped to develop FirstNet’s Mission, Vision, and 2018-2022 Strategic Plan and craft the organization's local, state, and federal government affairs strategy. Justin came to FirstNet most recently having worked as a Technical Program Manager for Global Security Obligations at AWS, and previously was a corporate and regulatory in-house attorney for a publicly-traded technology and customer care company. Mr. Shore has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Arizona and earned his law degree from the American University Washington College of Law.
