Hester Lanting
I have spent my entire career working in East Africa (mostly Uganda). I started off in project management and training roles, learning more about business operations and optimization through my work as training manager for a franchise business. I've always had a passion for working with teams across the business to solve problems and making sure everyone is moving in the right (and same) direction. I now work as the Chief of Staff for SPOUTS of Water. Our mission is to provide safe and clean drinking water to all Africans, which I'm hugely passionate about.
I'm hoping to connect with other Chiefs of Staff to learn how to be most effective in my role and supporting the company through a phase of rapid growth.
Fun fact: I'm Dutch by nationality, grew up abroad and have now lived in Uganda longer than I've ever lived anywhere else.
