Hanh Nguyen
Hi all! I am thrilled to be part of the Chief of Staff community. I've had the opportunity to work across different functions, such as Strategic Programs, Operations, Customer Experience & Marketing. I always gravitate toward solving organizational problems and taking on a variety of projects. So much so, I've ultimately decided this year (2023) to transition into a Chief of Staff career. I hope to learn from this community as I explore this new career journey. Fun fact about me: I love theater and have seen over 30+ shows in the first half of 2023 :)

Pro Tip
As a aspiring CoS, I look forward to reading everyone's pro-tips. I would say that one thing I've learn the hard way over the years in leadership, is the importance of balancing expertise with one's natural instincts.
Gives
I don't have direct experience in being a Chief of Staff but I have led strategic programs, scaled a CS department from 2 to 30+ employees, and have navigated the growing challenges of a startup through exit. I'm happy to offer any insights in those areas.
Asks
I'm looking for any and all tips on how to land my first Chief of Staff role. Any mentorship as I explore this journey would be a bonus!
