Would love to connect with fellow CoS who joined a very early startup (<10, seed-stage) and how they were able to help grow the company from customer one to the next batch of early customers. Overall, looking to get tips and best practices on being an effective, integral part of the team when the CoS role can be ambiguous, especially this early on. Would love advice on mental shifts I should be making having gone from AE, co-founder to now a CoS to ensure I'm successful.
