Frances Ritson

I have been in a CoS role (or very similar) supporting CEOs and leadership teams in tech startup/scale ups for 4 years now and I absolutely love the role. It can be a lonely role at times though and I’m excited at the prospect of a CoS community! I’m sure there’s loads I could learn from this group as well as offering support, advice and sharing my experience (and some battle scars!)
