I have a decade of leadership experience in the education and fintech space. Currently I am the Chief of Staff and Head of Social Impact at Landed, a fintech startup with the mission of helping essential professionals achieve financial security through homeownership. I joined Landed as the seventh employee in a customer operations role and have held a number of roles in customer experience, operations, and people management. I began my career as an elementary school and special education teacher with KIPP Public Charter Schools, which is where I honed my project management, prioritization, and relationship building skills. I thrive in fast-paced environments and I genuinely enjoy building strong relationships across diverse sets of individuals and problem solving in ambiguous environments.

I can share about my experience joining an early stage startup and moving into a Chief of Staff role, as well as crafting my job description alongside the CEO. I can also share about my experience in the mission-driven startup space, which I think is increasingly something that all companies/organizations will want/need to focus on.


I am hoping to learn about best practices from other successful Chief of Staffs, gain tactical information/resources for specific challenges I am facing, and hopefully make a meaningful connection or two with someone who may want to be a mentor.
