My goal is to strategically support executives and teams so they can be efficient in achieving their major goals. I do this by proactively communicating, balancing priorities, managing relationships, and problem-solving, skills I've learned over my eight years of administrative and management experience. I am equal parts creative-mind and business-mind. At Ramapo, I am the resource for the Provost/VP for Academic Affairs. I am known for being able to get up to speed and jump into initiatives quickly to move them forward. I’m particularly proud of spearheading the College’s partnership with a local nonprofit to support student technology access, for being a strategic thought-partner to the Provost, advancing numerous academic policy revisions, and shepherding new majors and minors to fruition. My development and fundraising background has spanned capital campaigns, individual giving, corporate partnerships, foundation and government relations, and special events. I’ve worked at an internationally-renowned dance company and a community-based music organization (where I increased the average annual gift by 13%), and I have successfully interfaced with diverse stakeholders, including Boards of Trustees, major funders, community members, students, and parents to help these organizations fulfill their missionsHere’s what my some of my colleagues have said about me and my work:“I particularly value her anticipation and independent preparation of matters that help me to be successful at what I am doing.”“Diane has proven that she is not only facilitating the progress of strategic initiatives but that she actively contributes to them and helps to move them forward from start to finish.”“Tact and judgement – that’s your superpower.”“The decision making and processes…can be cumbersome and dense, but Diane has managed to cogently keep many of us updated and informed on these fronts. She is uniquely skilled at distilling vast amounts of information into helpful take aways.”“I rely on her to help solve countless day to day issues that arise.”Let's connect!
