Chelsea Goodmen

I have been with my organization for nine years, moving around departments/positions until I discovered my passion for operations/project management. My CEO and I created the CoS role this year for me and I'm hoping to learn how to better articulate (to myself, my CEO, our senior leadership team, and outside stakeholders) what a chief of staff role looks like for us. I'd love to learn from the community everything there is about being a successful chief of staff! My fun fact is that I once ran four half-marathons in one year!
