After graduating from Oxford University in 2017 with a congratulatory first-class honours in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History, I joined Serco as their first graduate trainee.
Following front line placements managing asylum-seeker accommodation in Warrington and leading the staffing solution development for Serco's largest ever bid win (£1.8bn), I became General Manager for Edinburgh Cycle Hire. I was responsible for managing a team of 20 people, numerous sub-contractors, launching a new direct to consumer product in the city and growing the bike share scheme across Edinburgh as well as full P&L management.
In December 2019, I left Serco to work on start-up solution development in Oxford with the University. I re-joined Serco in September 2020 to lead on the solution development and process improvement for the Serco's delivery of Covid-19 testing centres across the UK.
In January 2021 I was appointed as Chief of Staff for Serco UK & Europe - reporting directly to the CEO. I am responsible for supporting the CEO with all his daily priorities, strategy development and chairing all executive management team meetings. My particular sector experience and interest is focussed on effective operational delivery of government policy.
