Bill Miksich

I'm serving my second tour at Customer.io. I started my journey here on the marketing team and after a one year hiatus leading the marketing team at Simple finance, I came back to Customer.io to start the Pro Services and ultimately th eSales Engineering functions. I have been in the Chief of Staff function since mid-2022 and love the challenges that come with the role.
