Benji Haye

Hello, my name is Benji Haye and I'm a newly minted Chief of Staff for a stealth-mode, seed-stage startup. I recently graduated with my MBA from Harvard Business School in May 2023, where I focused much of my time learning the ins and outs of early-stage investing. I interned with funds practicing a variety of different investment models, including an accelerator, a studio, and an impact investment fund. Prior to business school, I worked as an operator at Better.com, a retail home-ownership startup, where I helped to scale a new line of business from 1 to 1000+ employees across multiple global offices. I started my career in strategy consulting with Accenture Strategy. I attended New York University for my BS in business management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and am a first-generation Jamaican-American, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY.
