Austin Galoob

After starting my career in People Operations and Talent Acquisition, I've stepped into the Chief of Staff role at DonorsChoose, an education technology nonprofit devoted to helping public school teachers across the country. I'm excited to be taking on a leadership role at DonorsChoose that is focused on making our CEO and leadership team more effective as we focus on the organization's current and future growth. This role was previously filled by a long-time org leader who also served as SVP, Strategy, so I am the first full-time dedicated Chief of Staff and much of my role in the next 6 months will involve shaping the role and my team of executive assistants to best fit the CEO and the organization's needs. I'm excited to build out my network and learn from other folks who are Chiefs of Staff at other companies.
