I currently serve as the Chief of Staff to the President of the U.S. and Canada business unit at IQVIA, a global Fortune 500 healthcare company. We are a leading B2B service provider to life sciences companies, as well as other healthcare players (providers, payers, MedTech, government, etc.) Our region is the biggest business unit within IQVIA, and we manage a cross functional team that provides offerings across information, technology, consultin and analytics.
I have been with the company for 8 years, and in this Chief of Staff role for 2.5 years now. I started first in Consulting out of school and became a Manager within the business to lead large cross-functional teams and projects. After realizing I wanted more hands-on implementational, operational experience, I decided to apply for a COS role, and have been fortunate to work with my boss over the past couple years.
