I was recently promoted to Chief of Staff to the CEO at my current company where I've spend the last year leading operations, primarily implementing core processes and focusing on improving our people ops and transform our retention. I'm passionate about my work and want to be an effective, proactive CoS who can help to shape our culture into one of high performance. I understand the CoS seat can feel a bit lonely at times, and I'm eager to learn from others, share my own insights and collaborate with a group of smart, capable people who understand the fulfillment and chaos of this unique role.
