Aaron Lyon

I am the Chief of Staff for the real estate group at American Express (think offices & airport lounges). I have a background in hospitality and am currently working on designing the workplace of the future for our 70,000 colleagues around the world. I am also the founder of CampHire Recruiting, a talent search startup that supports summer camps, schools, and outdoor programs. I run the business with my sister along with our General Manager who is a Chief of Staff Network alumni. I recently moved from Brooklyn to Boston with my growing family and spend most of my free time in the mountains, in the water, or on my bike.
