Broadridge Quality Assurance (QA) Organization supports the ongoing build and evolution of their Wealth Management Platform is recruiting for a Business Management Lead. In this role, you will work closely with Quality Assurance management, and other partners, to help continually improve and drive change in the QA Group and drive operational effectiveness.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the planning and budgeting process around the WMAP Quality Assurance Cost Model across multiple vendor partners and internal stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate long-term operating model strategies aligning to a full-scale DevOps Strategy, relative to the QA Group
  • Build out resource allocation models, vendor efficiency models and overall long-term strategic planning for the WMAP QA Group
  • Drive standardization of metrics, reporting and Business Lead Testing data strategies
  • Partner across other Technology Groups, Finance and Human Resources as we evolve the long term WMAP QA Group
  • Lead Operations Reviews and Financial Analysis for the WMAP QA Group
  • Develop executive level presentations to build out and demonstrate the evolved WMAP QA Model
  • Conduct analyses of Business ideas and challenge – triage issues and help assign staff and track progress, across the WMAP QA Organization

Qualifications:

  • 10 years in a Business Management role, preferable across Financial Services and Wealth Management
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills
  • Experience managing large scale budgets (at least $50mm per annum), and driving financial efficiencies
  • Proficient in analytic skills and persistence in problem solving
  • Demonstrate initiative and passion to learn and excel in a dynamic team
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong emphasis on building executive level presentations
  • Ability to manage large data sets and synthesize to build metric driven insights
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management or Computer Science, or equivalent subject area
