The Chief of Staff will be a high-visibility role, responsible for coordinating the senior leadership of Carelon Payment Integrity to achieve long-term and short-term strategic objectives.
Primary Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies, including assisting in creating the Carelon Payment Integrity strategic and annual plans
- Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation on key initiatives
- Leading specific meetings, e.g. Change Control Board to manage our integrated product / digital roadmap for Payment Integrity
- Determining key performance indicators and submitting monthly updates on behalf of Carelon Payment Integrity
- Providing tactical support to implement ideas
- Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Leading quarterly Carelon Payment Integrity town halls, which include associates all across the US
- Responding to requests on behalf of the executives of Carelon Payment Integrity
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry
- Ability to travel may be required (approximately 25%)
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $127,600 to $229,680
Locations: California; Colorado; Nevada; Washington State; Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester County, NY
