Business Operations helps the business grow faster and operate more efficiently. We’re seeking a Sr. Director of Business Operations to support SoFi’s marketing team in delivering the next phase of SoFi’s growth. Reporting to the CMO, you will be a critical business partner for growing our brand, product awareness, customer acquisition, and member experience. You will be the trusted partner for the CMO and marketing leadership team to define strategy and what needs to get done, then drive efficient and scalable execution.
