We're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to join us at Clearbit! As a member of the RevOps team, you’ll have a chance to work with stakeholders across the entire company, rolling up your sleeves to own and execute high-priority initiatives designed to scale our growing GTM team. You’ll be joining a small-but-mighty team that is uniquely situated at the intersection of our marketing, sales, CS, finance, and product. About the role

The Revenue Operations team is responsible for analyzing and optimizing all go to market processes at the company, ranging from lead attribution and our up-funnel motions all the way through retention metrics and drivers behind them. Our team’s goal is to optimize GTM operations to aid Clearbit in growing as fast as possible. Our work is uniquely cross-functional in nature— we work with partners across the entire business to identify problems and enact strategic improvements for the organization. No “day in the life” is the same— we’re skilled context switchers who move quickly to tackle the company’s next biggest priority.

The team supports a breadth of projects including:

- Defining KPIs and goal-setting processes for GTM functional leaders

- Analyzing organizational effectiveness throughout the quarter and reporting out to key business stakeholders

- Creating and launching improvements in GTM tools and processes designed to help our teams operate more efficiently

Here’s a sample of what you’ll be doing:

- Working intimately with our GTM teams

- Tackle ambiguous, complex, projects that transform the way we go to market

- Gather and analyze information expeditiously, developing compelling, insightful recommendations

- Augment the work of other functional leads by lending structured thinking and problem-solving expertise

- Improve the systems and tools our GTM teams use on a daily basis

- Serve as an analytics guide to functional counterparts — training and sharing knowledge to build a stronger, self-sufficient analysis culture

You’ll be set up for success if:

-You have 4-6 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy, and/or consulting. You have a track record of success taking swift action on ambiguous requests and approaching nebulous problems with structured, strategic thinking.

-You have superb problem-solving, analytics, and communication skills. You have a high proficiency in structuring strategic analyses and messaging -initiatives for internal audiences. You think outside the box to develop scrappy solutions to the company’s most complex problems. Strong analytics and model-building expertise is a huge plus.

-You love a good process and clean data. You’re excited about building well-designed systems and you’re amped to use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on your own processes.

-You’re curious, resourceful, and quick to learn. You’re eager to dive in, talk to people, do research, and then share what you’ve learned. You like to ask questions like "why?" and "what if?" and follow through to find the answers.

-You enjoy working across multiple functions. You have no problem with quick context switching while working with teams across the company, including Finance, People Operations, Legal, Sales, and Engineering. ---You’re an expert consensus builder with the ability to drive complex cross-functional projects forward by influencing decision-making.

-You thrive when able to self-direct. You’re looking to work with a startup where you’ll be responsible for the impact you make and have a lot of freedom. You’ll be trusted to take initiative, scope out roadblocks, and find solutions while being a proactive communicator.

-You nerd out (at least a little) about marketing technology. You're familiar with (and maybe have some strong opinions on) the general landscape of tooling around marketing technology — the opportunity to work with Clearbit products is interesting to you.
