As thought partner for the Monetization Product teams, our mission is to support TikTok Monetization Product (including ads solutions & business ecosystems) to see trends and opportunities, make long term strategic decisions, and to create connections to enhance organizational synergies.
Work closely with the business accounts product team as a thought partner, to optimize product portfolios and develop new tools for ecosystem partners, and ensure sustainable growth in the long term.Carry out internal and external research, track market dynamics, analyze industry trends; conduct data analysis to identify product opportunities; fully communicate with the product team, analyze opportunities and challenges, and form strategic plansIn-depth understanding of business and user habits in various market segments and help formulate business user operation strategies for market segmentsCoordinate the collaboration between the product and other XFN teams, ensure information exchange and priority alignment, and promote XFN collaboration in high-priority projects
Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more working experience, familiar with overseas mainstream platforms for advertising products.Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace.Ability to think creatively, logically and structurally, and to summarize patterns from complex phenomenaExperience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, able to work with multinational teams.
