As an Ad Measurement Technical Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the relationship and working directly with Yelp’s wide-range of 3rd party partners. You’ll lead the charge on onboarding new partners, growing and maintaining existing operational relationships, communication and rollouts of new features from our partners and working cross-functionally with product and engineering to drive mission critical-launches. This role will require you to think outside of the box because as the Ad Measurement Technical Analyst you will independently drive large scale projects from beginning to end with no clear blueprint.
Act as point of contact for technical escalations for ad measurement implementation from team members, Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams.Manage relationship with third party partners in order to initiate, troubleshoot, report, and bill against measurement studies.Develop operational workflows for new partner onboarding and improvement of current partner workflow processes.Facilitate and own the cross-functional partnership with Enablement, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, PR, Biz Ops, Marketing for strategy changes, feedback, and policy changes.Act as liaison with Legal and App Security team around data privacy and security Partner with Product Managers, Enablement, and Marketing to bring on and take new measurement partners to market, including creating both internal and external materials.
A minimum of 3-4 years of online advertising experience in an enterprise/tech environment, either as a Technical Analyst, Product Specialist or Enterprise Sales Operations ManagerBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceExperience turning an ambiguous work environment into a structured set of workflowsWorking knowledge of the online ads ecosystem - bonus points for experience in location tools and (Foursquare, Google Store Visits etc) online measurement industry (Google Analytics, LiveRamp, Nielsen, Branch, Nuestar etc)Outstanding project management skills with ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple competing prioritiesProficiency with analytical tools and techniques (Excel, SQL, Tableau) You have demonstrated problem solving experience with a strong track record of drawing insights from large datasets and translating those into actionable strategies.Proven experience working in a matrixed organization partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Product and Marketing Teams.A focus on pushing for alignment and execution; you won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves where necessary. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and interacting with senior leadership.Passion for Yelp.
